I installed nexus on my computer (vista o/s) and it will run as a service (in the backround) but will not load onto my screen. Any thoughts?

Wouldn't it be better to simply have a link to the page where the issue was discussed and resolved? I have the same issue and have been searching the forum for a few days but still cannot find any reference to the problem or a solution.
