When installing v.4.1, it asks for a .msi installer package file in the TEMP folder, which somehow doesn't exist. I tried manually uninstalling v4.0 (older version), what happens is that files, startup menu entry, etc are removed but in Control Panel, the entry is still there. When I try to uninstall/remove entry, it says MSI uninstaller cannot be removed. Then running the v4.1 (latest version) installer yielded same end results (Error 1714) which says the older version cannot be uninstalled. Now left with no Nexus Radio app and the new version can't be installed either. I can email screenshots to anyone who kindly wants to help.

Help, anyone?

Chris

Did you make sure Nexus Radio is not running in your system tray when trying to uninstall or update?

I had this same problem and was able to fix it. Download Windows Installer CleanUp Utility http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301

When you open the clenaup utility, ensure that you ONLY select and highlight the program you want to remove which is Nexus Radio. This will remove the old Nexus radio software and allow you to then install Nexus radio fully again.
